About the role

  • Clear Measure is a software architecture company that helps clients build world-class internal custom software competency.
  • Remote Sales Coordinator (Contract-to-Hire) reporting to the CRO.
  • Service-first focus: communicate with existing and prospective clients, set priorities, and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with Proposal and Statement of Work preparation based on input from the Sales team.
  • Manage internal review and approval processes to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
  • Manage and maintain contract files and sales collateral.
  • Perform sales administration: client scheduling, reporting, and assist with sales forecasting.
  • Provide information regarding Clear Measure services via telephone, email, letters, and marketing/sales packets.
  • Manage inbound sales requests and incoming marketing leads; assure prompt response.
  • Maintain contact database and company data in the CRM; generate reports and sales forecasts.
  • Maintain current library of proposal language and document key engagement activities.
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards in the CRM and communicate periodic CRM updates.
  • Provide administrative support for ongoing projects; schedule, coordinate, and support internal and client meetings.
  • Participate in sales calls/meetings to gain insight and provide follow-up support; be a resource to sales and project management teams.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Ability to help write practical sales proposals and presentations with solid proofreading/editing skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Deadline-oriented, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Able to work effectively and closely as part of a highly focused small team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • CRM experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning new techniques, multitasking, prioritizing, and owning multiple projects.
  • Previous experience in sales operations and administration.
  • Orientation toward personal growth and organizational development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; friendly, outgoing, professional, team player.
  • Problem-solver; able to deal with requests from current and prospective clients effectively and professionally.
  • Motivated self-starter with interest in streamlining and improving processes.
  • Comfortable working independently on projects with limited direction.
