  • Key Responsibilities
  • - Support the Senior Partnership manager and border Sales team
  • - Analyse partner performance and identify opportunities for upsell and reactivation
  • - Promote Clear Junction’s services through targeted partner outreach and campaigns
  • - Manage partner commissions, payments, and referral tracking
  • - Actively seek new referrals from existing partners
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • - Excel / Google Sheets: Advanced to expert level (must-have)
  • - Finance & Data: Strong understanding of financial concepts and data analysis
  • - Legal Awareness: Basic understanding of contracts and NDAs
  • - Languages: At least one additional language at a professional level
  • - Excellent Communicator: Clear, confident, and a strong listener
  • - High EQ: Comfortable working with people and managing relationships
  • - Fast Learner: Picks up new systems, tools, and concepts quickly
  • - Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs, internal systems, and external tools
  • - Flexible & Adaptable: Happy to attend events and support where needed, sometimes last minute**
  • Ideal Candidate Profile
  • - Recent university graduate (or equivalent)
  • - Strong interest in FinTech, payments, and financial infrastructure
  • - Curious, proactive, and commercially minded
  • - Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
