Product Marketing

• Conduct client onboarding from ICP definition over sales process mapping and project management setup
• Build & operate GTM infrastructure: lead sourcing, data preparation for campaigns, Clay & n8n workflows, CRM integrations, outbound infrastructure setup
• Drive results for clients: Setup campaigns for clients including campaign ideation, messaging, A/B testing, iterate campaigns to drive tangible results in line with client expectations
• Consult clients with regards to CRM setup and related automations based on their custom sales processes
• Maintain and improve internal operations: lead routing, task distribution, feedback loops, reporting, and handoffs between teams (marketing, sales, delivery)
• Build campaigns and automations for our own sales efforts.
• Use AI agents or workflows to reduce manual tasks that are either customer facing or internal
• Help build up our own growth engines (e.g. content engine), create marketing assets & post regularly
• Keep our web presence up to date (website, Linkedin, …)
• Help co-organize events or attend industry conference events in Europe
