About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead client onboarding: ICP definition, sales process mapping, campaign planning
Build and operate GTM infrastructure
Run and iterate campaigns end-to-end: ideation, messaging, A/B testing
Act as the main point of contact for clients: communicate clearly, manage expectations, deliver on time
Translate client needs into structured processes and reliable systems
Onboard and support Tricle AI clients (SMB & enterprise), gathering feedback from real usage
Identify where clients get stuck and work with the team to improve the experience
Help build our own strategy, AI automations and workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s degree at a top-tier university — Business, Management, Economics, or a related field with a quantitative or technical component
Strong client skills: confident communicator, high empathy, excellent follow-through
Systems thinker — structured and process-oriented, able to turn ambiguous problems into clear next steps
Comfortable learning and working with AI and GTM tools (Clay, n8n, HubSpot/Salesforce, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.). No coding required, but eagerness to work hands-on with modern tools is essential
Prior professional experience working directly with clients
High ownership mentality — you proactively take initiative and don’t wait to be told what to do next
Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment: adaptable to change and shifting priorities
Fluent in English and German
