About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Direct collaboration with the Tricle AI platform’s SMB and enterprise clients to gather in-depth product feedback from the field
Identify gaps and translate customer needs into concrete product improvements
Contribute to platform development: help build, test, and deploy features together with the engineering team
Customer onboarding: define ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), map sales processes, and set up projects
Serve as the bridge between customer reality and the product roadmap
Build and operate GTM infrastructure: sourcing, AI workflows, CRM integrations, and external infrastructures
Create automations for Clayground’s own sales and marketing efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Recent completion of a master’s degree from a top-tier university (exceptional bachelor’s degrees and/or prior internships may also be considered)
Degree in business with a strong technical focus (e.g., Business Innovation, Management & Technology) OR a technical degree with solid business understanding (e.g., Computer Science / Data Science with relevant business training or experience)
Proven ability to understand technical systems (APIs, automation tools, AI systems) and build on them, AND to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders (at least one prior professional experience required)
Experience with OR strong curiosity about Tech & AI engineering (Claude Code, Python, Cursor, n8n, etc.) and GTM tools (Clay, n8n)
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) is a plus
Fluent in English and German
Structured, detail-oriented thinking that can turn vague problems into reliable systems
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility startup environment
