About the role
- Design and scale onboarding and ever-boarding programs for success.
- Conduct workshops and certifications for GTME skills development.
- Capture and scale best practices through frameworks and playbooks.
- Develop and maintain resources to improve knowledge sharing.
- Translate product releases into customer-facing plays for adoption.
- Collaborate with PMM and GTME leadership for alignment.
- Measure enablement impact on adoption and revenue outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years in an enablement or sales, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Strong communicator and facilitator comfortable with workshops and executive-level conversations.
- Technically fluent in data workflows, integrations, and automation concepts.
- Experience in building and scaling enablement programs including onboarding, ever-boarding, certifications, and playbooks.
- Experience in content building and managing enablement systems (e.g., Notion, Gong, or an LMS).
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, bringing structure and clarity.
- Curious, collaborative, and eager to partner across GTM for team growth.
