About the role
- Drive global recruiting efforts across Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators
- Lead high-volume recruiting strategy for GTM roles at all levels
- Establish and track recruiting metrics to meet goals and define recruiting function
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic aspects of recruiting
- Ensure a delightful candidate experience
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in recruiting
- 3+ years of experience as a people manager
- Ideally, experience at high-growth, SaaS startups focused on sales and GTM recruiting
- Experience using data to drive recruiting strategy
- Effective communicator in both written and spoken contexts
- Excellent interviewer, with an eye for talent that thrives in fast-paced startups
- Prioritize candidate experience and have shaped that in previous roles
- Located in NYC and excited about an in-person office environment (4-5 days per week)
