About the role
- Prepares monthly journal entries for financial statements
- Prepares monthly reconciliations ensuring accuracy in balance sheet
- Analyses accounting areas for proper GAAP treatment
- Contributes to internal controls for SOX compliance
- Assists in completing quarterly financial statements and schedules
- Participates in special projects and additional duties
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of relevant experience
- B.Com graduation/MBA Finance/ CA/CA-Inter (accounting background)
- Working knowledge of Revenue Accounting and general accounting practices
- Core accounting activities related to revenue, expenses, prepaids
- Good knowledge of monthly balance sheet reconciliation
- Advanced computer literacy in M.S. Office, especially MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Internal Controls
- Working knowledge of One-Stream/Net Suite preferred
