Collaborate with stakeholders (Corporate, IT Services, Information Security, and business segments) to gather, document, and prioritize requirements related to IAM, including user onboarding, access provisioning, and access control policies.
Analyze business requirements, existing IAM processes, identify inefficiencies, areas for improvements, and propose solutions.
Develop and document IAM solutions, including specifications, workflows, and documentation for IAM policies, procedures, and controls.
Assist with the configuration, testing, and deployment of IAM systems and tools, ensuring compliance with security best practices and regulatory standards.
Utilize data analysis by partnering with the data teams in IT Services to identify trends and improvement opportunities in identity management.
Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and Information Security teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on IAM initiatives.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions.
Identify security risks and propose mitigation strategies, contributing to a stronger overall security posture.
Conduct risk assessments and identify potential security vulnerabilities within the IAM technologies.
Monitor and audit IAM systems to ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory compliance.
Conduct awareness, support, and training sessions for end-users on IAM policies, procedures, processes, and tools to end-users and system owners.
Stay updated with the latest IAM trends and technologies.
Requirements
At least 5 years of Business Analyst experience in a security domain
At least 3 years of experience documenting and analyzing security workflows and processes
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or 5 years of equivalent relevant experience
Experience with IAM tools such as MS Entra ID, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, or similar
Familiarity with enterprise solutions such as Workday, Salesforce, Boomi
