About the role

  • Conduct research and data analysis to support GenAI model development.
  • Work with internal business stakeholders and departments for discovery, onboarding, and compliance.
  • Build and fine-tune GenAI models using frameworks like Adobe Firefly, Anthropic Claude, and Google Vertex AI for marketing use cases such as product descriptions, ad copy, and customer FAQs.
  • Perform prompt engineering and model evaluation for specific business tasks.
  • Analyze model outputs for accuracy, bias, and relevance with campaign data to evaluate the impact of GenAI-generated content on engagement and conversion.
  • Create dashboards and reports to communicate GenAI insights to stakeholders to visualize GenAI performance across channels and segments.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to prepare and clean training datasets.
  • Document model assumptions, limitations, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct sentiment analysis and brand tone checks on AI-generated content.
  • Stay current with GenAI trends in marketing, including multimodal content generation and AI-driven personalization.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GenAI applications and support for marketers using GenAI tools in campaign planning and execution.
  • Document model assumptions, prompt strategies, and content approval workflows.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing on GenAI best practices, creative experimentation, and training materials on GenAI.
  • Develop consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Requirements

  • 1+ years relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technology, operations management, business administration, or related field
  • Ability to identify, manage, and help mitigate issues and risks
  • Highly organized and ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles.
  • Experience with SaaS or CMS systems a plus
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Figma, Microsoft O365 a plus
  • Strong IT skills, including database development.
