• Architect and execute the enterprise-wide data quality strategy, including end-to-end profiling, validation, and continuous improvement across all aggregated sources.
• Champion data transparency and create detailed customer-facing reports, delivering consultative insights to maximize value.
• Oversee the design and implementation of comprehensive data quality frameworks, SOPs, and automated tools for both real-time and longitudinal assessments of specialty pharmacy and pharmaceutical/biotech data.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to build out and scale Data Quality operations in alignment with customer needs and product strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of onshore and offshore data operations specialists—including hiring, training, performance feedback, and capacity/resource planning.
• Foster a community of practice to promote process consistency, knowledge sharing, and deep understanding of customer use cases.
• Develop and maintain program-specific SOPs, driving standardization, timely issue resolution, and adherence to documented best practices.
• Drive operational excellence and efficiency by evaluating, integrating, and advancing scalable automation technologies and methodologies.
• Partner closely with Customer Success and internal teams to align operations with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Oversee identification, impact assessment, mitigation, and root cause analysis for data quality incidents, with direct oversight of quality monitoring, triage, escalation, and remediation.
• Lead regular data audits, automated discrepancy monitoring, and response measures in line with regulatory standards (HIPAA, HITECH, GDPR, SOC2).
• Evaluate and recommend new data management and analytics solutions to advance data quality and business impact.
• Monitor industry and regulatory changes, guiding process adaptation for GxP, patient privacy, and data integrity requirements.
• Promote a data-driven organizational culture through education, documentation, and best practice sharing.

Director of Data Quality and Operations

Revenue Operations

• Develop and execute a cohesive revenue operations strategy aligned with company growth goals.
• Own implementation, integration, and optimization of HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Automation, Sales Enablement) and Quickbase (workflow automation, data management, reporting).
• Define, document, and improve sales, pipeline management, marketing, and customer success workflow automation, data management, reporting.
• Ensure clean data governance, system integrations, and accurate reporting across platforms.
• Partner with leadership to set revenue targets, pipeline metrics, and performance dashboards.
• Build and maintain revenue dashboards and reporting for leadership, with visibility into pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, sales productivity, and customer metrics.

Director of Revenue Operations

Data Engineer

• Design and build a Streaming Transformation process to evolve an existing scheduled PySpark ETL batch transformation process.
• Reduce the time to ingest incoming data to where it shows up in our SaaS app & reports e2e, from hours to minutes or even seconds.
• Produce effective design documentation to help circulate design ideas & transition plans.
• Lead the implementation and take on the most challenging or escalated tasks personally while delegating less strategic work to a mix of onshore and offshore team members.
• Meet regularly with technical and business stakeholders to communicate the plan, status, risks and delivery timeline estimates.
• Drive the go-live of the streaming transformation and establish observability & operational SOP process to hand off to other engineers.
• After go-live handle any escalated operational issues based on severity within a reasonable timeline and take on enhancement requests to harden the system and prevent future issues.
• Foster innovation by designing and building solutions that solve business problems and by partnering with cross functional stakeholders and at senior levels.
• Develop secure and high-quality production code. Review / debug code written by others.
• Actively oversee live operations of our SaaS offering, monitoring KPI’s to find opportunities and threats.
• Organize work around a cross-functional team of Product Managers, BAs, Engineers, BI Developers and Quality Engineers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, leveraging them to drive platform innovation.
• Participate in week-long quarterly planning and roadmap meetings in-person.
• Participate in local office gatherings 1x every 2 months for Town Hall.

Staff Data Engineer

Data Scientist

• In collaboration with the Customer Success team, perform data analysis and reporting, create visualizations and presentations to answer business questions and support analytical consulting revenue
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to productize and deploy analytical features and tools to enhance product value and meet customer needs
• Learn and apply existing Department data science tools, methodologies and processes to analyze and answer business questions
• With some guidance from Manager or senior team members, complete work independently within reasonable timeline; perform thorough quality check to ensure the accuracy and completeness of work deliverables
• Contribute to the development of cutting-edge analytics solutions for our platform; leverage data science technologies, including machine learning, to build or improve patient journey predictive analytics tools and models
• Maintain and improve core analytical data models and data science algorithms
• Establish productive working relationships with senior stakeholders and partners across functions
• Proactively research and study new techniques and tools to resolve challenges and improve outcomes

• Coordination of activities related to data file transfers, monitoring for file timeliness and accuracy (aligned to data spec, no missing data or duplicates)
• Facilitation of communications with Claritas Rx and customer contacts
• Management of ad hoc escalations, and documentation of actions in the Claritas Rx portal
• Execution of advanced data profiling and validation checks to ensure data integrity and usability
• Become an expert on the operational nature of data flows which support our customers, including:
• - The timing of when processing occurs (when files are expected and the frequency of occurrence)
• - How to detect important issues and errors in the data
• - How to communicate about issues and errors with data partners, leading to corrections of the data
• Perform comprehensive data profiling and validation checks on incoming and processed data, including:
• - Assessing data for completeness, accuracy, consistency and conformity to expected formats and business rules
• - Reviewing internal reporting dashboards to identify anomalies, outliers and data quality issues
• Proactively communicate relevant details of data operations to the Claritas Rx team and to the manufacturer when appropriate
• Generate documented lists of data issues for review with key data partners like Specialty Pharmacies, Specialty Distributors, and Patient Services Hubs. Examples of data issues include (but are not limited to):
• - Missing information (at the file or record level)
• - Invalid information
• - Ad hoc questions about data
• Learn about what’s important to our customers. Manage data issues through the lens of this understanding and effectively prioritize where to spend your time
• Problem solve issues with autonomy and work with other teams within Claritas Rx to bring solutions or resolutions to higher escalated issues. Where issues need to be escalated to the Claritas Rx Engineering team for back-end solutions, coordinate directly with the Engineering team, managing any follow-ups and providing status updates to the internal project teams and to the customer
• Document findings and applicable notes in the Claritas Rx portal
• Support the customer team on all aspects of data processing for our customers, including ongoing review and management of data in our customer portals. This support may include ad hoc requests related to data operations from Claritas Rx team members and from the customer
• Maintain up to date lists of point of contacts with each data partner
• Identify needed system enhancements and/or reports and participate in requirement review, testing and implementation and share with the Director of Data Operations for consideration into the longer-term Claritas Rx product roadmap

Data Operations Specialist

DevOps Engineer

• Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure ensuring high availability, performance, and security
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and automation pipelines using tools like Ansible, CDK, and AWS CodePipelines
• Manage, monitor, and optimize core AWS services (EC2, ECS, ECR, VPC, ELB, Route 53, WorkSpaces, VPN, RDS, DynamoDB, DMS, S3, Glue, Athena, IAM Identity Center, Organizations, Secrets Manager, KMS, CloudTrail, Systems Manager, AWS Backup, Certificate Manager, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch Events, API Gateway, Lambda, X-Ray, Cognito)
• Ensure proactive monitoring and incident response with tools such as CloudWatch and Splunk
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows with Github, Bitbucket, and AWS pipelines
• Manage data and analytics pipeline tools like Airflow and Tableau
• Oversee DNS and domain services
• Enforce security best practices including anti-virus, MFA, and secure file transfer solutions

Administration

• Serve as principal admin and authority for internal Quickbase management applications, reporting to Senior Manager, Production Support.
• Execute day-to-day incident response, issue resolution, user onboarding, and workflow/configuration changes.
• Monitor app performance and implement proactive improvements to stability and efficiency.
• Ensure reliable access control, data integrity, backups, and compliance in the Quickbase environment.
• Drive root cause analysis, optimization, and preventative measures for recurring platform issues.
• Act as main point-of-contact for Quickbase technical support, platform updates, and vendor escalations.
• Manage licensing, renewals, feature requests, and roadmap alignment with Quickbase.
• Develop and maintain policies, documentation, and audit-ready governance for internal Quickbase usage.
• Collaborate with business users, product managers, and technical stakeholders to optimize applications and resolve issues.
• Provide reporting on platform health, incident management, and improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to broader production support procedures and drive continuous process optimization.
• Effort allocation: 50% Quickbase support/administration, 30% stabilization/monitoring/incident resolution, 20% vendor engagement/governance/collaboration.

Production Support Lead, QuickBase Administration

• Claritas Rx is a venture-backed digital health startup that brings clarity to the challenges of specialty biopharmaceutical products in the marketplace.\n• In today’s highly complex specialty networks, our mission is to illuminate the patient experience beyond the clinical trial.\n• Claritas Rx leverages a proprietary technology platform and deep manufacturer expertise to automate and integrate channel, commercial, and clinical data and help biopharmaceutical companies generate actionable business insights.\n• Our work uncovers the real-world variables impacting patient access, duration of therapy, and other metrics key to commercial success, making a real impact on patient healthcare.\n• The Sr Data Engineer will own and drive multiple major workstreams by refining requirements, creating design documents, delivering rapid prototypes and POCs, tasking out detailed implementation plans and overseeing the implementation using a mix of onshore and offshore resources.\n• You will help give a weekly status on the workstream and help drive work forward by reviewing PRs, doing UAT that work was done as expected, and that it was deployed to production and operational.\n• You will help demo the completed workstream to the rest of the business and facilitate transitioning ownership of each service built to an operations support team with the help of metrics, dashboards, alarms and runbook documentation.\n• The workstreams are generally related to developing a secure, robust and scalable data pipeline with software components for ingesting, validating, mastering, transforming, analyzing, and reporting on complex health care data.\n• The software transforms disparate data into actionable, meaningful insights for our customers.\n• You will be a critical member of a product and engineering steam that is building a unique healthcare software solution.\n• Key Accountabilities include designing, building and operating data systems; leading offshore engineers; creating design documents; ensuring security and HIPAA compliance; applying AI tooling; and participating in quarterly planning and town halls.
