About the role
- Manage and optimize the M365 collaboration and productivity suite

Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Services and Field Service Mobile
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant, or Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Stakeholder engagement experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders
