• Use Boolean logic and creative sourcing to identify and engage passive "A-players" in the SaaS space
• Act as a consultant to internal stakeholders, helping them refine job profiles and interview loops to ensure we hire for technical excellence and cultural add
• Manage the full-cycle experience, ensuring a high-quality, diverse candidate flow that consistently hits hiring targets
• Forecast hiring activity and use recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements

Security Engineer

• Maintain and evolve policies that hold employees accountable to security and privacy best practices, while remaining practical and aligned with Salesloft’s systems and control environment
• Conduct third party risk management activities that evaluate the security posture and controls of third party providers, including the implementation and ongoing use of third-party systems
• Conduct security, privacy and compliance reviews as part of the software development lifecycle for the Salesloft platform
• Work with business stakeholders to ensure security and privacy requirements are adequately considered as part of the development and delivery methodology
• Liaise with third party auditors and internal control owners to ensure the successful completion of attestation and compliance engagements
• Support the automation of cybersecurity risk management programs and reporting capabilities to measure and demonstrate control operational effectiveness
• Work with various departmental control owners to identify, assess, and treat security and privacy risks
• Respond to customer security and compliance inquiries, including customer security and privacy questionnaires, compliance attestations, and discussions on product functionality and its impact on customer environments
• Maintenance of the public facing Salesloft trust portal
• Participate in meetings with customer security, privacy, legal, and IT teams to address detailed security and compliance questions related to the Salesloft platform and security program
• Create and maintain customer-facing materials that streamline the security evaluation process and proactively address common customer concerns
• Ensure Salesloft’s security awareness training program communicates relevant content that results in meaningful learning across the employee base
• Support the responsible adoption of AI by enabling GRC automation and partnering with business teams on AI-driven initiatives, while establishing and maintaining appropriate AI governance, risk controls, and compliance guardrails

Senior Security and Compliance Analyst

AI Engineer

• Architect and maintain scalable, reusable platform infrastructure and tools that support the entire application lifecycle, including data ingestion, workload orchestration, deployment, and monitoring for distributed systems and services
• Build standardized, production-ready deployment workflows and templates using tools like Airflow and orchestration frameworks to enable rapid development and consistent deployment patterns
• Implement robust CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, artifact registries, and configuration management to support reproducibility, scalability, and governance across platform services
• Optimize platform technologies, including distributed computing frameworks, caching layers, message queues, and real-time data processing systems
• Automate and streamline service deployment, scaling, versioning, and infrastructure provisioning workflows, ensuring consistency, reliability, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Ensure reliability, observability, and scalability of production workloads by implementing comprehensive monitoring, alerting, performance profiling, and continuous system evaluation
• Integrate infrastructure components such as Kubernetes orchestration, distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Spark), and cloud solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP) for robust production environments
• Drive infrastructure optimization for high-throughput use-cases, including efficient resource utilization (batching, caching, auto-scaling), deployment strategies, configuration management, and system updates at scale
• Partner with data engineering, product, infrastructure, and other stakeholder teams to align platform initiatives with broader company goals, infrastructure strategy, and innovation roadmap
