About the role

  • - Act as a dedicated partner to healthcare practitioners, managing the full revenue cycle on their behalf.
  • - Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing advice and insights on billing and financial performance.
  • - Identify opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce inefficiencies, supporting long-term client success.
  • - Guide clients through billing systems and processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • - Experience in account management, billing, or client services, ideally in a target-driven or fast-paced environment.
  • - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and influence effectively.
  • - High attention to detail with proven organisational skills and accuracy in data management.
  • - Resilient and adaptable, able to prioritise and problem-solve under pressure.
