Digital Director, Party at the Polls

Analyst

• Support the Party At The Polls team in the management of a peer-to-peer texting platform to execute nimble outreach to When We All Vote’s audience.
• Collaborate with the Communications team to ensure peer-to-peer text messaging is effectively constructed to resonate with target audiences.
• Maintain datasets related to other forms for voter contact, including but not limited to mail and phone, in addition to supporting forms of non voter-file based voter advertising as needed.
• Manage Party At The Polls partner-facing platforms, including but not limited to event signup platforms and application processes.
• Assist in internal and external reporting for Party At The Polls to demonstrate program impact over time.

Voter Contact Analyst, Party At The Polls

Account Manager

• Support the Managing Director of Partnerships and Organizing in managing and growing a coalition of national organizations.
• Lead outreach and cultivation of prospective partners.
• Coordinate coalition convenings, partner calls, and engagement touchpoints.
• Work cross-functionally with the Organizing, Communications, and Operations teams.
• Track partner engagement and activation status.
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of partner-facing materials.

Partnerships Manager

Data Analyst

• Maintaining clear and accurate data tables that meet a high standard for rigorous experimental design and execution.
• Analyze post-election data to generate insights into the effectiveness of Civic Nation’s programming.
• Cutting and delivering universes for engagement and activation by Civic Nation and its partners, in compliance with our learning agenda.
• Supporting the identification and prioritization of sites for turnout programming, with experimental considerations in mind.
• Contributing to reports and presentations for internal and external consumption.
• Providing timely analysis of program performance.

Experimentation Data Analyst

• Support Civic Nation hub teams in the management, optimization, and adoption of HubSpot and related platforms — ensuring accurate data collection, clean reporting, and consistent standards across programs and campaigns.
• Create, maintain, and continuously improve HubSpot workflows, automations, properties, lists, and reporting processes to ensure effective tracking and evaluation.
• Manage and support HubSpot Membership modules, including audience segmentation, membership tracking, and engagement reporting.
• Support the integration of paid media and advertising platforms with HubSpot to improve lead capture, attribution, audience management, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain campaign tracking frameworks using UTM parameters and attribution standards across digital marketing, email, advertising, and partner campaigns.
• Partner with hub teams to establish consistent data collection processes and reporting standards.

Platform Analyst

• Support the execution of large-scale direct voter contact (DVC) programs across modes and platforms — including mail, SMS, and digital — ensuring voter universes are accurate, well-structured, and ready for deployment
• Build and maintain clean, well-documented data tables for analysis and universe creation, supporting the program's ability to target and reach voters at scale
• Support the program's research and learning agenda by adhering to established definitions of treatment and control groups and ensuring audience segments meet A/B testing standards.
• Support the identification and prioritization of voting sites for Party at the Polls activations, using data to guide geographic decision-making
• Provide analytical capacity across Civic Nation teams during a high-intensity season, including:
• Contributing to reports and presentations for internal and external audiences
• Delivering timely analysis of program performance
• Building automated processes and dashboards that surface real-time insights and reduce manual data work

• Develop and manage the overall vision, strategy, and leadership for When We All Vote in alignment with its mission, history, and values.
• Oversee, lead, and manage the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning to ensure that When We All Vote achieves its goals year over year and drives growth and sustainability.
• Lead and expand When We All Vote’s fundraising opportunities across the philanthropic and private sectors.
• Develop and manage a multi-million dollar annual budget to ensure maximum impact and maintain the organization in a favorable financial position.
• Lead When We All Vote’s programming to drive voter registration, education, turnout, and more.
• Support, manage, and mentor a team of exceptional staff, ensuring a positive work culture, staff satisfaction, retention, and accountability.
• Expand When We All Vote’s presence in national coalitions and establish and maintain partnerships across civic engagement, corporate, and entertainment sectors to strategically enhance the impact, visibility, and credibility of the initiative.
• Serve as When We All Vote’s primary spokesperson.
• Foster, influence, and maintain an inclusive and safe workforce, including promoting a culture of continuous learning, continuous feedback, and building the capacity and skills of the staff.
• Ensure the team functions as an aligned and cohesive body that informs effective decision-making.
• Report to the CEO of Civic Nation, and collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team of Civic Nation to seek their involvement in strategy decisions and brand elevation.
• Collaborate with additional mission-driven initiatives housed at Civic Nation.
