About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Civic Nation hub teams in the management, optimization, and adoption of HubSpot and related platforms — ensuring accurate data collection, clean reporting, and consistent standards across programs and campaigns.
Create, maintain, and continuously improve HubSpot workflows, automations, properties, lists, and reporting processes to ensure effective tracking and evaluation.
Manage and support HubSpot Membership modules, including audience segmentation, membership tracking, and engagement reporting.
Support the integration of paid media and advertising platforms with HubSpot to improve lead capture, attribution, audience management, and reporting.
Develop and maintain campaign tracking frameworks using UTM parameters and attribution standards across digital marketing, email, advertising, and partner campaigns.
Partner with hub teams to establish consistent data collection processes and reporting standards.
Other reasonable and related duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience in a nonprofit or political environment supporting data management, digital campaigns, or CRM operations.
Demonstrated experience with HubSpot required.
Preferred experience with CRM management, email marketing, workflows, reporting, and audience segmentation.
