About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Managing Director of Partnerships and Organizing in managing and growing a coalition of national organizations.
Lead outreach and cultivation of prospective partners.
Coordinate coalition convenings, partner calls, and engagement touchpoints.
Work cross-functionally with the Organizing, Communications, and Operations teams.
Track partner engagement and activation status.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of partner-facing materials.
Other reasonable and related duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of professional experience in partnerships, coalition management, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience managing relationships with national organizations.
Experience supporting the development of partnership agreements, MOUs, or joint work plans.
Track record of coordinating multi-stakeholder convenings or coalition engagement efforts.
Background in civic engagement, voting rights, or a mission-driven nonprofit a strong plus.
