About the role
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through dedicated outreach, lead generation, and networking.
- Grow a strong base of recurring clients and nurture relationships month after month.
- Schedule appointments, present tailored solutions, and negotiate winning deals.
- Keep your CRM pipeline organized and updated for maximum efficiency.
- Promote a positive, empowered work atmosphere that values teamwork and client success.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned to support growth and results.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
- 2–3 years successful B2B sales experience with a true “hunter” mindset and passion for overachievement.
- Sales training certification (Sandler, Dale Carnegie, etc.) is a plus.
- Superior communicator, negotiator, and problem solver with meticulous follow-up.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- CRM systems and Microsoft Office skills required.
- Ready to lift, bend, and walk in the field as needed to succeed.
