About the role

  • Identify and qualify potential clients, leads, and referrals resulting in NEW Recurring Revenue clients each month.
  • Responsible for achieving Sales ScoreCard targets (New Contract Revenue started, Building Surveys attended, Closing % on Proposals Delivered) and managing activities in CRM.
  • Close sales by building rapport with potential clients, explaining our unique model, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts.
  • Utilize and manage customer relationship system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information activities.
  • Develop and maintain positive professional, meaningful relationships with your teammates and prospective clients.
  • Improve new business development efficiencies to drive satisfaction and be able to high level troubleshoot issues that arise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field.
  • Positive and friendly demeanor. Values fit for our team is going to be first and foremost.
  • Documented history of winning and beating sales results in a HUNTER role.
  • 5+ years in New Sales Business Development in a similar B2B organization.
  • Ability to effectively build relationships across ALL levels of the organizational chart from entry-level manager to C-suite.
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and priorities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong grasp of MS Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to travel within city limits, up to 50%.
