About the role
- Identify and qualify potential clients, leads, and referrals resulting in NEW Recurring Revenue clients each month.
- Responsible for achieving Sales ScoreCard targets (New Contract Revenue started, Building Surveys attended, Closing % on Proposals Delivered) and managing activities in CRM.
- Close sales by building rapport with potential clients, explaining our unique model, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts.
- Utilize and manage customer relationship system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information activities.
- Develop and maintain positive professional, meaningful relationships with your teammates and prospective clients.
- Improve new business development efficiencies to drive satisfaction and be able to high level troubleshoot issues that arise.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field.
- Positive and friendly demeanor. Values fit for our team is going to be first and foremost.
- Documented history of winning and beating sales results in a HUNTER role.
- 5+ years in New Sales Business Development in a similar B2B organization.
- Ability to effectively build relationships across ALL levels of the organizational chart from entry-level manager to C-suite.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and priorities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong grasp of MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to travel within city limits, up to 50%.
