About the role
- Prospect, identify, and qualify potential candidates.
- Manage the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding prospective client needs, creating proposals, and making presentations.
- Win new clients by overcoming objections and preparing appealing proposals.
- Continually build your prospect pipeline each day, achieving metrics and winning business.
- Utilize and manage our CRM to capture/enter all customer information.
- Manage the projects sold to ensure completion of the scope of work through independent contractors.
- Enjoy and thrive in a positive work atmosphere!
Requirements
- 2 + years outside B2B sales experience (construction industry preferred but not required).
- Demonstrated track record of success in outside B2B sales.
- Project or construction management experience preferred.
- Organized within a defined sales process with the ability to move clients from prospect to close.
- Experience within a short sales cycle with strong closing skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems.
- Outgoing, dynamic personality.
- An excellent communicator with the ability to facilitate a presentation or a one-to-one meeting.
- Strong MS Office Suite, including Outlook.
