Project Manager

• Partner with internal stakeholders in the development and execution of client deliverables within the medical communications field.
• Support Project Managers in day-to-day tasks, including congress and journal research, submissions/uploads, management of poster uploads, printing, shipping, maintenance of contact databases, project and budget set-up, updating and tracking timelines, sending out client/author reviews, updating status reports, and ensuring cross-team collaboration.
