Account Manager

• Act as the subject matter expert on employment law across European markets (Netherlands, UK, France, Ireland, Denmark, Switzerland, Italy), translating legal requirements into practical HR solutions.
• Own and continuously improve the HR policy framework, driving innovation through technology and AI to make HR policies more accessible, user-friendly and efficient.
• Advise HR and managers on employee relations matters, disciplinary procedures, grievances, organisational change, and terminations.
• Maintain and improve the organisation's job architecture, grading framework and salary structures using the Hay methodology.
• Advise managers and HR on salary increases, promotions, ensuring consistency, internal equity and alignment with our reward principles.
• Evaluate market benchmarking tools and reward data sources, recommending improvements to strengthen our compensation practices.

Compensation, Benefits & Labor Relations Manager

• Grow new business opportunities in the designated market by closing new accounts
• Manage medium- to large-sized accounts from source markets through strong relationship-building and partnership expansion during the RFP season
• Own client contract renewals, and upsells/cross-sells of adjacent citizenM offerings
• Build an excellent GSO relationship in your market to strengthen corporate opportunities via Marriott
• Serve as a commercial ambassador for the citizenM brand—raising awareness for a disruptive brand in a traditional industry—at industry networking events, sales trips and during on-site client entertainment.

Revenue Operations

• Manage inventory, pricing, rate types, and restrictions through the revenue management system to optimise profitability.
• Develop accurate budgeting / forecasting models, and monitor performance against topline targets and distribution costs.
• Analyse data across all revenue streams (hotels, F&B), prepare insightful reports, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Identify and pursue strategic opportunities to maximise revenue across all segments, with a focus on direct business growth.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of commercial analysis supporting all key revenue decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Hotels, Sales, Groups) and external partners (OTAs, local business partners) to drive proactive revenue strategies.
• Optimise market segmentation and implement targeted strategies based on market trends and performance data.
• Prepare commercial insights and reports for inclusion in management presentations and strategic discussions.
