Spearhead the evaluation and strategic integration of emerging technologies to foster innovation and efficiency across IRS operations.

7 years of proven experience in IT management, showcasing a successful track record in the strategic implementation and oversight of complex IT projects.
Strong technical proficiency in cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and machine learning.
Exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance standards such as the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) frameworks, and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
US Citizenship is Required.
