Lead the creation, shaping, and execution of a comprehensive Legal Change Management strategy that aligns with Citi’s enterprise change governance and the Legal Department’s long-term objectives
Design and maintain a scalable, adaptable LCM framework incorporating industry best practices and methodologies
Lead impact assessments for significant changes affecting Legal
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior legal leaders, including the Legal Management Council (LMC)
Provide strategic thought leadership on the future structure and evolution of Legal Change Management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in Change Management, Legal, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of strategic professional experience in change management, preferably within legal, financial services, or other regulated industries
5–8 years of supervisory experience, including leading teams, managing budgets, and driving strategic initiatives
Experience with change management, legal technology, regulatory compliance, and legal operations
Expert knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, ACMP)
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead through complexity in a global matrixed organization
