About the role
- Manage endoscopy programs across the Florida region
- Focus on physician allocation, endoscopy operations, data management
- Partner with Enterprise on endoscopy initiatives
- Coordinate scheduling for multiple learner types
- Collaborate directly with educational institutions both within and outside the organization
- Develop, implement, manage and maintain operational systems and activities
- Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community
- Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines
- Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department
- Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures
- Participate in budgetary process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field
- 3 years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training OR an Associate’s degree and five years of experience OR Master’s degree and two years of experience
- Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
- Endoscopy experience (preferred)
- Background in healthcare program management (preferred)
- Strong Excel skills (preferred)
- Experience with large data sets, formulas, VLOOKUPs and pivot tables (preferred)
