About the role

  • Manage endoscopy programs across the Florida region
  • Focus on physician allocation, endoscopy operations, data management
  • Partner with Enterprise on endoscopy initiatives
  • Coordinate scheduling for multiple learner types
  • Collaborate directly with educational institutions both within and outside the organization
  • Develop, implement, manage and maintain operational systems and activities
  • Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines
  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department
  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures
  • Participate in budgetary process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field
  • 3 years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training OR an Associate’s degree and five years of experience OR Master’s degree and two years of experience
  • Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
  • Endoscopy experience (preferred)
  • Background in healthcare program management (preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills (preferred)
  • Experience with large data sets, formulas, VLOOKUPs and pivot tables (preferred)
