About the role

  • Supports development of the functional aspects of the department to make the integrators' journey simple, effective, and profitable for both the business and the vendor
  • Works in partnership with cross-functional teams to provide value connecting partners and vendors through platforms for high retention
  • Provides support to cross-functional teams with a high attention to detail
  • Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
  • Assists in managing ROI and other deliverables for participating vendor partners including recruitment, onboarding, certification, marketplace, awareness, and marketing
  • Collaborates with other partner-facing departments to maximize impact around awareness and purchases of participating vendors
  • Assists in developing strategic plans for team to drive pipeline, quarterly, and annual performance targets
  • Assists in conducting campaigns based on the needs of the vendor, program, and ecosystem
  • Assists in building and supporting recruitment campaigns to grow participating vendor counts
  • Participates in weekly team meetings, forecasting, ongoing training, and team-building activities
  • Follows established sales workflow and sales operating procedures to track revenue process, attainment of revenue goals, and reporting of goals

Requirements

  • Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per partner requirements
  • Ability to run at high-volume transaction pace, as well as longer, complex relationships
  • Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft365, and collaboration tools (Teams, etc.)
  • Ability to problem solve, balancing both strategic and immediate needs
  • Basic technical aptitude
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience presenting to IT and business stakeholders
  • Preferred: Experience in Cybersecurity, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VAR), Office Equipment (OE), Technology Service Providers (TSP)
