About the role
- Support management of the Retail Bank Fraud Prevention platform (Actimize iFMx RCM+AIS) within Financial Crimes and Fraud Prevention Organization
- Serve as liaison with Technology teams on short-term actions and long-term roadmap
- Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions
- Identify and define system enhancements; analyze system logic and recommend/implement solutions
- Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex, high impact application enhancements and problem resolution
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to document systems impacts and support requirements
- Identify risks, vulnerabilities and security issues; propose risk mitigation options
- Act as advisor/coach to new or lower level analysts and allocate work
- Appropriately assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, policies, and controls
Requirements
- 6-10 years experience
- Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills
- Service oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working or leading requirement gathering efforts for multiple large development projects at one-time
- Proficient using basic technical tools and systems
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Master’s degree preferred)
- Experience with Case Management and Decision Engine solutions (e.g., Actimize iFMx (RCM, AIS), SAS Fraud Manager)
