Full-stack Engineer

• Configure, customize, and extend Salesforce (Apex, SOQL, Flows, custom objects, and Experience Cloud)
• Develop and optimize workflows, applications, and integrations to improve efficiency and data accuracy
• Implement scalable Salesforce solutions that support core business functions such as Finance, Procurement, Case Management, and external user registration
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and automations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Partner with clients to gather requirements, translate business needs into Salesforce solutions, and conduct user-acceptance testing
• Provide technical support by triaging errors, resolving issues, and implementing long-term sustainable fixes
• Deliver clear documentation and training to ensure client adoption of implemented solutions
• Stay current on Salesforce ecosystem developments and incorporate new features and AI-driven capabilities
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, including facilitating internal trainings and promoting Salesforce and AI best practices
• Travel and deploy to client sites for extended periods (up to 75% travel)
