Configure, customize, and extend Salesforce (Apex, SOQL, Flows, custom objects, and Experience Cloud)
Develop and optimize workflows, applications, and integrations to improve efficiency and data accuracy
Implement scalable Salesforce solutions that support core business functions such as Finance, Procurement, Case Management, and external user registration
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and automations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Partner with clients to gather requirements, translate business needs into Salesforce solutions, and conduct user-acceptance testing
Provide technical support by triaging errors, resolving issues, and implementing long-term sustainable fixes
Deliver clear documentation and training to ensure client adoption of implemented solutions
Stay current on Salesforce ecosystem developments and incorporate new features and AI-driven capabilities
Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, including facilitating internal trainings and promoting Salesforce and AI best practices
Travel and deploy to client sites for extended periods (up to 75% travel)
Requirements
3-8 years experience in software engineering
Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration (Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, custom objects)
Proven ability to design and deliver Salesforce solutions in consulting environments
Experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, Experience Cloud
