Full-stack Engineer

• Architect, design, and deliver scalable Salesforce and other solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Experience Cloud
• Oversee integration of Salesforce with legacy and modern systems, ensuring seamless data flow and optimized performance
• Maintain and evolve enterprise applications, balancing new feature development with system reliability
• Ensure adherence to development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence
• Partner with project managers and business stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and delivery timelines
• Conduct code reviews, performance evaluations, and provide career development guidance to team members
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Act as the primary technical liaison between engineering teams and business leadership
• Identify opportunities to leverage software solutions for innovations, including automation, AI-driven features, and Experience Cloud enhancements
• Drive initiatives to modernize legacy systems and streamline enterprise workflows
• Stay current with Salesforce ecosystem updates and incorporate relevant advancements into the platform strategy
