About the role
- Architect, design, and deliver scalable Salesforce and other solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Experience Cloud
- Oversee integration of Salesforce with legacy and modern systems, ensuring seamless data flow and optimized performance
- Maintain and evolve enterprise applications, balancing new feature development with system reliability
- Ensure adherence to development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence
- Partner with project managers and business stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and delivery timelines
- Conduct code reviews, performance evaluations, and provide career development guidance to team members
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Act as the primary technical liaison between engineering teams and business leadership
- Identify opportunities to leverage software solutions for innovations, including automation, AI-driven features, and Experience Cloud enhancements
- Drive initiatives to modernize legacy systems and streamline enterprise workflows
- Stay current with Salesforce ecosystem updates and incorporate relevant advancements into the platform strategy
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 4-10 years experience in software engineering
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions at an enterprise scale, including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL
- Strong background in Salesforce system architecture, deployment lifecycle, and data management
- Hands-on experience with third-party integrations and Salesforce automation (Flows, Process Builder, etc.)
- Demonstrated leadership experience: managing and mentoring technical teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect (preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II (preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Data Architect (preferred)
- Salesforce Certified AI Associate (preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle & Deployment Architect (preferred)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsored visa is required
- Must pass company and any applicable client background check and reference check upon offer of employment
- Willingness to travel and deploy to client sites for extended periods (up to 75% travel)
