About the role
- Ensure the completeness, accuracy and integrity of the bank's books and records in coordination with the Finance team
- Control and support data integrity and general ledger reconciliation
- Profit attribution and new activity analysis
- Valuation control and product P&L and balance sheet reporting
- Solve issues under little to no supervision, including complex problems
- Apply in-depth knowledge of industry standards and practices to daily tasks
- Analyze situations and data utilizing data analysis tools and methodologies and provide solutions
- Communicate information clearly and succinctly and appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made
- Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhere to Policy, apply sound ethical judgment, and escalate/manage/report control issues with transparency
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience - Product Control, Financial Analysis
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Accounting Processes and Financial Controls
- Assessment; Constructive Debate
- Financial Accounting; Financial Reporting; Management Reporting
- Policy and Regulation; Portfolio Analysis; Product Knowledge; Risk Management
- Ability to solve issues under little to no supervision and apply in-depth industry knowledge
