About the role

  • Drive the technical vision and execution of a complex product, focusing on technical aspects of product development and working closely with engineering teams
  • Understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring product aligns with user needs and technical feasibility
  • Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex transformation projects and foster communication between business stakeholders and technology
  • Consult with users and clients to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and industry standards and recommend solutions
  • Support system change processes from requirements through implementation and provide input based on analysis of information
  • Code scripts as needed to support the business and development of requirements
  • Consult with business clients to understand and assess system functional specifications to meet organizational goals
  • Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology
  • Act as advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts and work as a team to achieve business objectives
  • Appropriately assess risk and drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong technical background with experience in software development, engineering, or related fields
  • Extensive experience working in Waterfall and Agile Scrum projects
  • Scrum Certification preferred
  • Subject Matter expertise with JIRA and Confluence a big plus
  • Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills
  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships
  • Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail
  • Problem Solver: Ability to solve complex issues and have a high ability to remove barriers, understanding internal and external organizational structures, dynamics and trade-off
  • Committed to a customer-first approach
  • Growth Mind-set: Experience and passion for learning; implementing practices from others; trying, failing, sharing practices and knowledge for others’ benefit
  • Ability to work with remote teams and remote management
  • Some project management experience would be an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
