About the role

  • Design, implement, maintain, and provide advanced support for privileged access management and secrets management infrastructure leveraging CyberArk and HashiCorp technologies
  • Manage full lifecycle from initial deployment and procurement to ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and integration with client applications
  • Manage various franchise critical security application Infrastructure, specifically in secrets and privileged access management domain
  • Drive the deployment (from scratch), maintenance and senior support of managed application infrastructure with end-to-end accountability
  • Lead a group of technical leads and SMEs in the region responsible for senior support functions
  • Continuously assess and modernize processes and workforce to match industry standards
  • Collaborate with product stakeholders, business senior leaders and vendors to design secure, scalable security solutions for client applications
  • Lead and manage a 24x7x365 operations team across various countries, providing technical and senior management oversight
  • Communicate vision and motivate organization for high performance and continuous improvement of Infrastructure support and processes
  • Develop framework to manage operational groups and environments hosting secrets and PAM Infrastructure
  • Work with vendors and internal support groups to keep technology stack current
  • Facilitate research, design and development of integration and product lifecycle processes to simplify deployment and onboarding
  • Lead the team through external/internal audit/compliance assessments and reviews to ensure product compliance
  • Lead Infrastructure projects and facilitate security assessment and remediation for the infrastructure associated with the applications

Requirements

  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience in Cyber Security with 3+ years' IAM Operations service delivery
  • 4+ years' experience directly managing teams
  • Experience managing CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault infrastructure and servers
  • Hands-on experience working with both Linux and Windows Servers
  • Experience/basic understanding of Chef, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Good grasp of networking concepts and protocols
  • DevOps/DevSecOps/SRE experience
  • Experience with web servers/application deployment
  • Experience interacting with web APIs using various protocols and frameworks (e.g., REST)
  • Experience with RDBMS or NoSQL databases
  • Understanding of containerization and technologies like Kubernetes/OpenShift
  • Experience managing high performing global teams
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Customer/client and quality focused
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant industry experience
  • One or more OS certifications like MCSA, RHCSA, RHCE or CompTIA Server+ or willingness to obtain within first 12 months
  • SRE/DevSecOps Foundation Certification, CyberArk Sentry, HashiCorp Vault Associate or CISSP are a big plus
