About the role

  • Builds relationships with client network and operational teams; serves as key contact for internal requests/problem escalation and resolution
  • Ensures timely completion of Know Your Client (KYC) and other regulatory requirements in partnership with product partners and Relationship Managers
  • Helps clients access Citi’s global network, locating local coverage and product support across the globe
  • Works with RMs and product partners to onboard new clients/new subsidiaries and complete KYC/initial credit set-ups
  • Coordinates credit requests and approvals from Citi’s global network
  • Engages with product partners and Citi’s global network to identify revenue opportunities and position products with clients
  • Ensures periodic support discussions with clients are held and documented
  • Maintains correct client legal and marketing hierarchies
  • Partners with Credit Admin to ensure credit documentation is current (FX, derivatives, Loans, LCs and other credit-related documents)
  • Partners with Credit Admin to monitor usage of credit lines and partners with Independent Risk during client Annual Reviews
  • Assists in implementation of cash transactions for Banker
  • Appropriately assesses risk when business decisions are made and drives compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations and Policy

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in a financial services environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in Commercial Banking Products
  • Strong experience in Pipeline and Relationship Management
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong problem recognition and resolution capabilities
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Highly effective communication skills adaptable to various audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Proactive approach to strengthening business relationships
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
