About the role
- Join Citi® Commercial Bank’s Emerging Corporates Digital, Technology & Communications team supporting clients with revenues $10M–$100M.
Provide Relationship Manager support, manage client touch points, navigate Citi operations, ensure KYC and regulatory requirements, onboard clients, coordinate credit requests, identify revenue opportunities, maintain client hierarchies and credit documentation, implement cash transactions, strengthen client relationships, assess risk and ensure compliance.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in a financial services environment.
Demonstrated expertise in Cash Management and Treasury products.
Strong experience in Pipeline and Relationship Management.
Proficiency with Salesforce and CRM (Deal Entry System).
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.
