- Maintains large business accounts
- Utilizes computer system to investigate disputes and resolves complex issues
- Responds to customers in writing or verbally
- Acts as coach and trainer to new employees
- Supports system testing projects due to technical proficiency

- Works under limited supervision and may support an expansive array of products/services

Requirements
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous Teller, ATM or check processing experience helpful
- Basic knowledge of the organization and its policies required
- Applies research, information gathering and analysis skills to factual information
- Demonstrates technical/administrative expertise and familiarity with system testing
- Ability to maintain large business accounts and investigate disputes using computer systems
- Respond to customers in writing and verbally
- Acts as coach and trainer to new employees
- Ability to appropriately assess risk and drive compliance with laws, rules and Policy
