Assistant Vice President, OTC Pricing

Accounting Manager

• Responsible for reviewing books and records

Assistant Vice President – Real Asset Accounting

Analyst

• Conduct reconciliation of all bank and securities statement activities to internal records.
• Perform initial investigations on unreconciled items and report unsolved cases to Operational teams.
• Perform FATF investigations for AML compliance and conduct quarterly control activities.
• Assist management with SOC1 testing and monthly KPI reporting.
• Manage and control all cases opened, dealing with queries from internal departments and third parties.

Reconciliations Analyst

Operations

• Support client operations by verifying, reporting and processing activities on their behalf.

• Set-up, review and maintain Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI’s) in proprietary treasury system and perform callbacks as required.

Senior Operations Analyst – Middle Office Solutions, Treasury

•Performing the administration of and any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of hedge fund clients;
•Consolidation and validation review of functional handovers across teams and locations
•Preparation and/or initial review of Net Asset Value calculations, financial statements and associated reports
•Valuation of hedge fund portfolio holdings

Fund Accountant – Hedge Fund Accounting

• As a key member of the Fund Accounting team, a Manager is responsible for producing high-quality NAV Packages.
• Providing technical accounting/industry knowledge to clients and internally
• Coordinate with Operations group, Financial Statement group, Tax group, and Investor Relations group
• Coordinate, manage and monitor external audit process
• Review fund partnership agreements, PPM’s and other materials
• Lead the Implementation of fund structures on accounting system

• Evaluate cash flows, financing and risk associated with Syndicated and Private Loans based on loan covenants.
• Analyze, investigate and resolve issues; prepare reports for assessment and sign off, with respect to Loan activity
• Work directly with Agents and 3rd Party Loan Servicers to validate transactions and holdings.
• Prepare auditable support for bank loan portfolio and cash activity, in preparation for monthly financial statements

Accountant

Attorney

• Will act independently and assist senior lawyers in the provision of corporate subsidiary governance services to clients with worldwide presence
• Prepare and review legal documents for all stages of company lifecycle, i.e. from company incorporation through to dissolution, for clients worldwide in accordance to legal requirements with agreed deadlines
• Perform and/or monitor statutory filings with local authorities
• Coordinate with business partners, clients and colleagues worldwide in order to gather information and/or documentation required to carry out assignments
• Ensure that client’s, local, international and industry specific requirements are met and legal updates are shared

Trust Legal Officer

• You will understand the role of Loan Services in generating reporting in support of NAV process and actively liaise with various internal departments to meet monthly/quarterly NAV deliverables
• You will act as point of contact for client queries/requests and drive resolution of issues relating to client accounts
• You will receive new trade details from client and manage process to ensure settlement within satisfactory market timescales
• Provide clear instructions to loan processing team to onboard new facility/loan into loan management system and validate inputs after completion
• Ensure accuracy of processing loan activity (draws, repayments, reallocations, scheduled and ad-hoc waterfalls)
• You will conduct reviews of LMA/LSTA, PAR/Distressed trade documents including trade confirmations, transfer certificates and pricing letters for accuracy
• You will pro-actively liaise with trade counterparties and agent banks as required in order for timely settlement of trades
• You will co-ordinate with clients and treasury teams that trades are funded correctly on settlement date
