About the role
- Champion the use of AI within people data and systems to improve insights and automation
- Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting modules
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to streamline workflows and improve candidate experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to recruiting processes
- Build reporting capabilities, leveraging Workday Report Writer, Discovery Boards, People Analytics/Prism and downstream BI (e.g., Power BI)
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems
- Participate in Workday releases, testing, and change management
- Document processes and provide end-user training
- Evaluate and integrate third‑party recruiting automation and orchestration tools that complement Workday; AI‑driven matching (e.g., Paradox, HiredScore)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Workday HCM, with a focus on Recruiting and Reporting
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- PREFERRED: Workday certifications (HCM, Talent/Recruiting)
- Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)
- Hands-on experience improving processes within Workday
- Familiarity with other Workday modules (e.g., Talent, Compensation)
- Project management experience in HRIS implementations or upgrades.
