About the role

  • Partner with Leadership: Develop and drive plans that optimize talent, structure, process, and culture while increasing team effectiveness and engagement.
  • Deliver HR Solutions: Address business challenges such as employee engagement, performance management, and learning and development.
  • Policy Implementation: Create and implement HR policies and programs, support projects and processes, and facilitate and track employee relations counseling
  • Coaching and Development: Develop strong team member relationships and act as a coach to managers and leaders in all people management priorities.
  • Data Analysis & Decision Support: Use people analytics to inform workforce decisions, measure program impact, and make recommendations related to recruitment, retention, or development
  • Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Performance Guidance: Provide day-to-day performance guidance, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions
  • Talent Management and Organization Design: Create and implement high quality programs to support Core’s business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, major in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years related HR experience in a healthcare environment required
  • Experience developing and executing people programs and training required
  • Experience navigating employee relations situations required
  • Experience managing employment agreements preferred
  • Experience supporting healthcare operations preferred
