About the role

  • Collaborate with the communications manager to execute audience acquisition strategies targeting key personas for each event
  • Support the development and deployment of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid media, social, partner, web, etc.) to drive event registrations and participation
  • Coordinate with the data and marketing operations teams to manage and segment target lists for promotional campaigns
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and campaign milestones, ensuring on-time execution of audience acquisition programs
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of acquisition campaigns using dashboards and analytics tools
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor events to identify new opportunities and best practices for audience growth
  • Contribute to the refinement of audience acquisition processes and playbooks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in event marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing, ideally within a B2B tech or SaaS organization
  • Hands-on experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Proficient in using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Experience supporting large-scale conferences or tradeshows is a plus
  • Familiarity with audience segmentation and persona development.
