About the role
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to prospective and existing enterprise clients
- Partner with Business Development to design and deliver scalable blockchain-based payment solutions
- Lead technical discovery, architect integration strategies
- Align client requirements with Circle’s product capabilities
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams and surface customer-driven insights
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or related technical roles within B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments
- Experience designing and supporting API-based integrations or enterprise-grade technical implementations
- Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts and communicate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools, system integrations, and documenting technical workflows
- Proven track record of partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams
- Experience supporting large enterprise customers or financial institutions.
