About the role
- Lead and deepen strategic partnerships with US Headquartered banks
- Define and execute multi-year partnership roadmaps
- Lead complex negotiations covering banking services, liquidity arrangements, and product integrations
- Partner closely with Circle’s executive leadership to shape U.S. bank strategy
- Serve as senior internal advocate for GSIB partners
- Drive alignment between commercial opportunity and regulatory posture
- Maintain executive-level visibility into partner performance and provide recommendations
- Lead strategic partnership development with top-tier U.S. GSIBs
Requirements
- 13+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or fintech
- Senior-level experience in transaction banking, treasury, payments, capital markets, or digital asset strategy
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within large, highly regulated financial institutions
- Proven track record of structuring and scaling institutional partnerships
- Executive presence and communication skills
- Strong understanding of bank balance sheets, liquidity management, and risk frameworks
- Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
