About the role
- Serve as the primary marketing partner to the Managing Director, Middle East
- Translate regional commercial priorities into actionable marketing plans
- Drive the planning and coordination of regional go-to-market initiatives
- Develop and localize GTM strategies, messaging, and programs
- Partner with Business Development, Sales, and Revenue leaders
- Coordinate with global teams for cohesive regional execution
- Support regional event strategy and execution
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in marketing
- Proven experience supporting senior regional leaders or general managers
- Strong understanding of MEA market dynamics
- Experience developing and localizing GTM strategies
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Experience working in highly cross-functional, global organizations
- Strong program and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs
- Experience managing marketing budgets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
