About the role

  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to the Managing Director, Middle East
  • Translate regional commercial priorities into actionable marketing plans
  • Drive the planning and coordination of regional go-to-market initiatives
  • Develop and localize GTM strategies, messaging, and programs
  • Partner with Business Development, Sales, and Revenue leaders
  • Coordinate with global teams for cohesive regional execution
  • Support regional event strategy and execution
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in marketing
  • Proven experience supporting senior regional leaders or general managers
  • Strong understanding of MEA market dynamics
  • Experience developing and localizing GTM strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Experience working in highly cross-functional, global organizations
  • Strong program and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs
  • Experience managing marketing budgets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
