About the role

  • Partner closely with the MEA Managing Director to research and evaluate strategic choices
  • Own regional strategy development, market and competitive intelligence, scenario analysis, and decision preparation
  • Build narratives, models, and materials to support decision-making
  • Lead analytical work underpinning regional planning, including assumptions, risks, and dependencies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regional strategy aligns with accurate inputs

Requirements

  • 14+ years in strategy, business operations, GTM strategy, or management consulting
  • Significant experience in the Middle East; Africa experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record as a senior individual contributor
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Ability to influence without authority in matrixed organizations
  • Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or regulated financial services
