About the role

  • manage key aspects of Circle’s Global KYC program
  • drive compliance efforts through customer and product lifecycle
  • design and implement KYC processes
  • facilitate due diligence for prospective clients
  • serve as compliance partner for product development teams
  • collaborate with Compliance Operations team
  • identify and escalate compliance risks
  • work closely with Legal, Product, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in KYC or AML compliance
  • deep expertise in Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
  • familiarity with global KYC regulations
  • experience supporting regulatory exams or internal audits
  • experience with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite
  • ability to design automated KYC solutions
