About the role
- Develop and execute strategic partnerships that drive adoption of Circle’s products in the region
- Lead relationships with top-tier enterprise accounts including banks, neobanks, wallets, fintechs, and custody providers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, Marketing, Legal, and Sales to align solutions with partner goals
- Build and execute partner enablement strategies to expand stablecoin usage and transaction volume
- Lead onboarding, implementation, and activation programs focused on accelerating Time to Value (TTV)
- Proactively manage escalations and drive operational excellence across post-sales lifecycle
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience managing enterprise partnerships
- Deep understanding of customer success frameworks and commercial relationship management
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong strategic thinking and executive communication skills
- Background in fintech, crypto, payments, or financial services
- Familiarity with blockchain and digital assets
