About the role

  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships that drive adoption of Circle’s products in the region
  • Lead relationships with top-tier enterprise accounts including banks, neobanks, wallets, fintechs, and custody providers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, Marketing, Legal, and Sales to align solutions with partner goals
  • Build and execute partner enablement strategies to expand stablecoin usage and transaction volume
  • Lead onboarding, implementation, and activation programs focused on accelerating Time to Value (TTV)
  • Proactively manage escalations and drive operational excellence across post-sales lifecycle

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience managing enterprise partnerships
  • Deep understanding of customer success frameworks and commercial relationship management
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and executive communication skills
  • Background in fintech, crypto, payments, or financial services
  • Familiarity with blockchain and digital assets
