• Provide strategic and day-to-day legal support across corporate, regulatory, and operational matters with a strong focus on healthcare and telemedicine compliance and commercial agreements.
• Advise on HIPAA, state privacy laws, and data security requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate and transactional documents.
• Advise leadership and business stakeholders on legal and regulatory risks.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and business teams to provide legal guidance on new features and workflows.
• Support responses to regulatory inquiries, audits, investigations, and internal compliance issues.
