About the role
- Recruit, hire and train employees, ensuring customer service.
- Develop, manage and assign tasks.
- Maintain a professional image among subordinates.
- Schedule employees within Company guidelines.
- Promote excellent service and resolve customer complaints.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in retail sales preferred.
