• Develop features in our stack (C#, Angular) end-to-end — from the database to the UI.
• Use AI tools like Claude Code or Codex as a natural part of your workflow and set standards for our team.
• Actively shape product decisions — not only the “how” but also the “what” and the “why”.
• Question requirements, refine them together with Product, Sales and customers, and translate them into clean technical concepts.
• Deeply familiarize yourself with the product, identify weak points and proactively drive improvements.
• Act as a bridge between Development, Product, Data Analysts and customers — technically grounded, but always with the user in mind.

• Keep an overview of our product and ensure the right things are launched at the right time.
• Act as a bridge between development, data analysts, sales and customers – both internally and externally.
