Key responsibilities & impact

Develop features in our stack (C#, Angular) end-to-end — from the database to the UI.
Use AI tools like Claude Code or Codex as a natural part of your workflow and set standards for our team.
Actively shape product decisions — not only the “how” but also the “what” and the “why”.
Question requirements, refine them together with Product, Sales and customers, and translate them into clean technical concepts.
Deeply familiarize yourself with the product, identify weak points and proactively drive improvements.
Act as a bridge between Development, Product, Data Analysts and customers — technically grounded, but always with the user in mind.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer, ideally with C# (.NET) and Angular
Clear enthusiasm for AI-driven development — you use tools like Claude Code, Codex or Cursor not just casually; you master them and know when they help and when they don’t
Product mindset and a desire to be more than a task-driven developer — you want to understand why something is built, not just what
Experience with or interest in BI, data or workflow tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, Tableau)
Strong communication skills — you can confidently discuss requirements with customers as well as architecture with developers
Enjoy getting lost in code for hours when a problem requires it
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
