About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and proactively approach medical practices and outpatient care facilities
  • Active outbound outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads and assess customer needs
  • Build trust and establish initial relationships with decision-makers
  • Schedule and prepare high-quality initial meetings
  • Work closely with Sales to advance opportunities
  • Maintain and organize the pipeline in the CRM (Zoho)
  • Continuously improve outreach, messaging and targeting
  • Actively contribute to building a scalable outbound setup
  • You’ll generate not just contacts but real sales opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Some prior experience in sales, business development or a similar role
  • Strong motivation for outbound selling and direct customer contact
  • High energy, discipline and result orientation
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly generate interest
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Interest in healthcare and digital solutions
  • Excellent German skills; English skills are a plus
  • Nice to have: experience in SaaS or software sales
  • Experience in the outpatient healthcare market
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho)
